I’ve been the guy who looked like he had it all together while everything was quietly falling apart behind the scenes. Losing my mom at 15, battling addiction, and making some truly impressive mistakes—I’ve been there, done that, and got the T-shirt (it’s wrinkled, but it’s mine).Through sobriety, meditation, and a truckload of humility, I found my purpose: helping men like you stop white-knuckling through life and start living it. Whether it’s navigating social anxiety, ditching unhealthy habits, or figuring out how to enjoy your own company, I’m here with a mix of hard-earned wisdom, bad jokes, and real talk.

Group Coaching is a 60–75 minute call I host once a month on the second Wednesday. It’s a space to check in, reflect on what’s working (and what’s not), and practice simple breathwork or meditation. Each session has a theme—like masks, letting go, or joy—and you can share as much or as little as you want. It’s a chance to slow down, realign, and keep moving toward a life that feels honest, grounded, and your own.
